Jessica Alba is in her 'happy era' with Danny Ramirez after Cash Warren PDA

Jessica Alba just took her relationship to the next level with Danny Ramirez, proving she’s moved on amid her divorce from Cash Warren.

After testing the waters by soft launching their relationship on Instagram two weeks ago, the new couple decided to take the plunge and took their relationship public at the 2025 Baby2Baby Gala in West Hollywood on Saturday, November 8.

Ramirez, 33, shared several sweet photos of him and Alba, 44, from the event, marking their first red-carpet appearance together.

“What a remarkable evening by the entire @baby2baby team and all who donated,” the Top Gun: Maverick actor wrote on Instagram. “$19.5 million raised in minutes! Helping baby2baby support for children across America and continue their vital work providing essentials to families in need.”

Alba showed love in the comments section, leaving a heart-eyes emoji and a heart-hands emoji. She also shared more snaps of the two looking cosy with friends on her Instagram Stories.

She also re-posted a picture which included the caption, “Jessica Alba is in her HAPPY era and it shows.”

In the photos, Alba stunned in a black gown and Cartier necklace, wrapping her arm around Ramirez as they smiled for the camera. He looked dapper in a tuxedo and bow tie as they shared a laugh and posed for selfies.

The official debut follows Alba’s soft launch two weeks earlier when she posted photos from a beach day in Australia. In the final slide, the actress was seen holding hands with Ramirez as they walked toward the ocean, their backs to the camera.

Their gala appearance also comes just two days after Alba’s ex-husband, Cash Warren was spotted sharing subtle PDA with a mystery woman outside West Hollywood’s Bird Streets Club. 

According to InStyle, the 46-year-old producer — who’s been seen out with model Hana Sun Doerr and actress Seanna Pereira in recent months — appears to have moved on as well.

Alba divorced Warren in February this year. They share three children: Honor, Haven, and Hayes.
