Hailee Steinfeld’s husband, Josh Allen, gave a glorious performance on the field as his team, the Buffalo Bills, played against the Kansas City Chiefs.
When the 29-year-old quarterback caught his second touchdown during the game on, Sunday, November 2, the NFL had a befitting way to celebrate it.
While the screen replayed Allen’s touchdown during a break, Steinfeld’s song, Love Myself, played in the background.
Fans on social media went into frenzy over the video, with one writing on X, “Whoever decided to play a Hailee Steinfeld during a Josh Allen TD replay commercial break sequence should get a raise.”
“Go Bills! Wrote another,” while one expressed, “The broadcast playing a Hailee Steinfeld song after the Josh Allen touchdown was *chefs kiss.*”
The star athlete has publicly gushed about his wife in several interviews, confessing that marrying the Sinners star was the easiest and best decision he has ever made.
Steinfeld, for her part, is also just as appreciative of her husband. While reflecting on her wedding in her newsletter, Beau Society, the Dickinson actress called the day “perfect,” adding, “It’s been a whole 13 days of being married, and we’ll be staying on this high forever!”
