Benson Boone pledges to reschedule 'cancelled' Birmingham gig as soon as possible
Benson Boone gets 'the crappiest feeling' following sudden show cancellation
Benson Boone issued an apology after cancelling his concert in Birmingham just an hour before he was set to perform.
The 23-year-old singer was set to perform live on November 1 at the Utilita Arena.
But just moments before going up to the stage, Benson shared with his fans that the gig will not go further as it was planned.
He issued a statement though social media saying, “Birmingham I am so so sorry but I will not be able to perform tonight.”
“I have tried everything I can to revive my voice, but I cannot give you the show I’d like to be able to give you with the condition of my throat right now.”
Boone assured fans that he is “working with his team to find a date to reschedule as soon as possible.”
The Beautiful Things singer confessed that this is the crappiest he has ever felt in life.
“I promise you I will do everything in my power to make it up to you. I’ll update you guys as soon as I can.”
The pop singer concluded his post by thanking fans for all the support they had been showing ever since he kickstarted his career.
Benson is supposed to play at the London’s O2 Arena on November 3rd, 4th and 5th. However, he has not yet said anything about the cancellation of these shows.
