Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson had been evading the consequences of their actions for a long-time but their time with impunity came to a screeching halt after historian Andrew Lownie released his unofficial biography on the Yorks.

‘Entitled’ detailed not only the illicit activities Andrew and Fergie did while keeping in touch with the convicted paedophile Jeffery Epstein, the former Duke’s shady business deals and the horrid behaviour he kept behind closed doors.

The domino effect for Andrew’s downfall began when his most vocal accuser Virginia Giuffre shared her devastating story of being trafficked by Epstein and exposed Andrew for his inappropriate activities, which he continues to deny “vigorously”.

Virginia, who died by suicide in April this year, is continuing to hold the royals accountable for their decision from beyond the grave with her posthumous memoir, Nobody’s Girl.

The reputed historian, who is gearing up to drop another bombshell book, commended Virginia for a feat no one had been able to do.

One X user had made a statement for the late accuser of Epstein and Prince Andrew, acknowledging the hard challenges she had to face.

“It’s one thing to tell your story. It’s another to tell it to the world that doubted you, dismissed you, mocked you, threatened you, and to KEEP telling it, even after death. Probably one of the most powerful memoirs published in the 21st century. #VirginaGiuffre #EpsteinFiles,” they wrote.

In response, Lownie pointed out, “She has changed history. Finally royal accountability.”

It was after Prince Andrew was forced to make a out-of-court settlement with Virginia which led Queen Elizabeth to strip off her favourite son's military titles and patronages in 2019.

Now, in 2025, Andrew was forced to give up his royal titles and honours, including his Dukedom and Order of Garter, as public outcry ceased to stop against him.
