Shah Rukh Khan shares heartfelt note for Punjab flood victims
Shah Rukh Khan recently extended his prayers and support to the people of Punjab affected by the devastating floods.
The 59-year-old actor, known for his versatile performances, expressed deep sorrow for the residents of the region.
On Wednesday, September 3, the Jawan star shared a heartfelt note on his Instagram Stories.
He penned, “My heart goes out to those in Punjab impacted by these devastating floods. Sending prayers and strength… The spirit of Punjab shall never break… may God bless them all.”
Alongside the Kuch Kuch Hota Hai actor, Alia Bhatt also addressed the crisis.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, she shared, “My heart goes out to everyone affected by the floods in Punjab. Sending love, strength, and prayers to all those impacted, and gratitude to the people working tirelessly on the ground to help. May every family find the support they need to heal and rebuild.”
Meanwhile, other Bollywood celebrities, including Diljit Dosanjh, Karan Johar, and Sidharth Malhotra, also expressed their concern for the victims.
These heartfelt reactions come shortly after floods in Punjab affected 23 districts and over 350,000 people.
On professional front, the Dilwale star is currently gearing up for King, co-starring Deepika Padukone.
