Meghan Markle’s new business to put Archie, Lilibet in spotlight?
Meghan Markle risks new clash with Prince Harry with major step about brand
Meghan Markle, who is knee-deep in her multiple endeavours, Netflix show, podcast and lifestyle brand, seemingly dropped hints about a prospect of new business idea, much to Prince Harry’s dismay.
The Duchess of Sussex teased her followers with a glimpse of Princess Lilibet as the mother-daughter duo went on a mission to get some honey, dressed up in full-gear.
Royal experts noted that the Duchess maybe trying to delve into another business venture which would involve her two children, Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, three.
The royal editor for The Sun, Matt Wilkinson, speculated if it was an “accident” that Meghan showed Lilibet’s face partially as they normally hide the faces of both the children on social media. Or this could be an indication that there the mom of two would share more.
However, the matter seems to be tricky as Meghan and Prince Harry seem to be at odds over the decision, per Journalist Esther Krakue.
“I suspect there’s a bit of tension going on with Harry and Meghan in terms of how much of their children to actually reveal,” she said noting Harry’s issues with security.
“I think not having their faces in the media is something that [Harry is] really trying to remain firm on but I think Meghan sees the commercial value.”
Esther suggested that once the Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet are five or 10, they may decide to unveil their faces. She also suggested that there isn’t any commercial value in showing glimpses of the children, especially if there are plans to expand into a children’s clothing line.
