Katy Perry regrets going on Blue Origin space mission?
Katy Perry now wishes she wouldn’t have gone to space after severe backlash?
Katy Perry is still bearing the brunt of going on an 11-minute expedition in Jeff Bezos' commercial spacecraft that was intended to give the message of female empowerment.
Katy Perry, Bezos' fiancée Lauren Sanchez, civil rights activist Amanda Nguyne, CBS co-host Gayle King, NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bowe and filmmaker Kieranne Flynn were included in space mission.
However, the Firework songstress has since drawn severe backlash for her emotional speech that she gave after returning to Earth.
After the netizens called it 'tone deaf' and 'embarrassing', it appears that the Roar singer now regrets going to space.
However, an insider clarified to Daily Mail that Perry doesn't regret it. For her it was 'life-changing'.
The source revealed that what makes her wish she hadn't done is 'making a spectacle out of it'.
It is pertinent to note that Orlando Bloom's partner had emerged from the Blue Origin capsule, held up a daisy to the sky before she climbed down and kissed the ground getting onto her knees.
This act followed by her speech that was about how they made a huge impact with this groundbreaking act got blasted by the social media users as well as celebs.
