Mikey Madison makes ‘SNL’ debut after first Oscar win
'Anora' star Mikey Madison steps into 'Saturday Night Live' hosting spotlight for the first time
Mikey Madison added another impressive feat to her growing list just weeks after winning her first-ever Academy Award.
On Saturday, March 29 episode of Saturday Night Live, the Anora star made her hosting debut, joined by musical guest Morgan Wallen.
Kicking off her monologue in a sparkly black dress, the Scream actress described herself as "pretty relaxed" in real life, a quality which she claims she incorporates in all her roles.
The screen then cut to the compilation of clips from her film, showing her screaming, cursing, setting her character on fire, attacking others, and whatnot.
Throughout the rest of the episode, the Better Things alum appeared in several sketches, including one where she played a jury duty candidate and another where she portrayed a doctor in a tense delivery room interaction with a midwife.
In another gig at the NBC comedy sketch, the actress played a student in an acting class with an over-the-top instructor.
It is pertinent to note that Madison, 29, delivered her three-and-a-half-minute-long monologue and various sketches from Studio 8H just weeks after winning the Best Actress award at the 2025 Oscars for her role in the independent, limited-budget film Anora.
