Amitabh Bachchan has seemingly reacted to ongoing rumours surrounding the alleged split of his son, Abhishek Bachchan, and daughter-in-law, Aishwarya Rai.
As reported by Hindustan Times, the popular Indian actor took to his X account on December 2, 2024, to express his frustration over a baseless post by a fan, which sparked speculations about the divorce of the couple.
In a viral post, Amitabh wrote, "T 5210 - Chup [quiet]!" by adding an angry face emoji.
He also posted another tweet, saying, "T 5211 - Chup chaap, chidi ka baap, [You're too insignificant to speak]" while dropping zipper-mouth face emojis.
The Piku actor’s cryptic post has left fans confused, with one concerned follower commenting, "Your tweet seems to convey a deep sense of disappointment and frustration, implying that someone may have crossed a line or done something amiss."
"Sir is saying stay calm, there is happiness in that," another fan guessed.
This controversial post of the 82-year-old Indian actor came after Aishwarya attended the Global Women’s Forum in Dubai, where she chose to go without her surname, Bachchan.
For the unversed, the Kuch Naa Kaho star and Refugee actor, sparked divorce rumours after they marked solo appearances at the Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant's wedding.
Reportedly, the 51-year-old globally known actress celebrated her daughter’s 13th birthday separately, without Bachchan's family.
However, neither Abhishek nor Aishwarya publicly commented about the split speculations.
It is worth mentioning that Aishwarya and Abhishek share 13-year-old daughter Aaradhya Bachchan.
