Dimple Kapadia's 'surprising' shortcoming revealed

Twinkle Khanna's mom and veteran actress Dimple Kapadia is offering an inside glimpse into her 'real' personality.

During an exclusive interview with Vogue India, the Pathaan actress shared that God offered her everything on a platter, giving her more than her fair share at an early stage in her life.

She told the outlet, “The one thing He didn’t give me is a brain. He probably thought, ‘This woman has everything. 

"She’ll fly off the handle if she’s smart as well.’ Everything has been larger than life—my debut with Raj Kapoor, my marriage to Rajesh Khanna, my foray into Hollywood with Christopher Nolan. If He had not taken care of me, I would’ve been one arrogant b**ch.” 

Dimple, who kicked off her career with Bobby at the age of 16, tied the knot with the superstar of her time, Rajesh Khanna.

After tying the knot to the man of her dreams, the actress backed out from her promising career and devoted herself to marriage.

However, the couple soon decided to part their ways and proceeded with separation.

During this crucial time, Dimple spoke highly of her daughter Twinkle, who was only 7 years old at the time.

She credited her daughter's wisdom and motherly instincts for ultimately bringing order and stability to their lives.
