Ben Affleck shuts down divorce rumours, shows off wedding ring

Ben Affleck was spotted wearing his wedding band in a bid to dispel divorce rumours with Jenifer Lopez, during an outing in Santa Monica, California.

On Tuesday, May 21, Affleck was spotted out and about with several buddies, sporting a laid-back ensemble of blue button-up shirt and tan pants. On his left hand, his wedding ring was prominently shown.

The Hypnotic star, 51, had dinner at the posh Italian eatery Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica earlier in the evening.

Additionally, on Tuesday, 54-year-old Lopez walked down the red carpet by herself at the Plaza Toreo Parque Central in Mexico City, where her next film Atlas was having its premiere.

The Marry Me star dressed angelically for the event in a floor-length white Chloé gown with enormous frills and a plunging neckline.

It was unclear whether she wore her wedding band because the piece hung over her hands and arms.

Although there have been rumors that Lopez and Affleck's marriage is in danger, this wasn't the first event that Lopez went by herself.

The On the Floor crooner attended the Netflix sci-fi film premiere at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood on Monday, May 20 alone.

About the couple, a source told People magazine that their marriage “is not in the best place at the moment."

It further added, “She likes to open her heart to her fans and to the world. He is more introspective and private. This has been difficult day-to-day.”

Still, a film source noted, “He’s always been impressed about how she works so hard and has achieved so much success. But the openness and promotion is not his way.”
