Khloe Kardashian revives 'dream home' makeover next to Kris Jenner

Khloé Kardashian has resumed renovations on her $17 million dream home located next to her mother, Kris Jenner, in the prestigious Hidden Hills neighborhood of California. 

On Wednesday, she was spotted inspecting the progress of the remodel at her newly constructed mansion. 

Kardashian appeared relaxed as she toured the compound, dressed in a loose-fitting brown sweatsuit with her hair styled in a high ponytail held by a beige claw clip. 

The renovation comes despite a previous two-year construction job on the property. 

Her ex-partner and father to her child, Tristan Thompson, recently purchased a neighboring property for $12.5 million.

Khloé has embarked on extensive renovations for the exterior of her home. The reality TV personality moved into the newly constructed property in 2021, which sits on a spacious 10,000 square-foot lot, following over two years of construction.

Expressing her excitement during an episode of The Kardashians, she shared her joy at seeing the tangible results of her dream home. 

Kris Jenner commended for her independent effort in organizing and financing the project entirely on her own. 

The duo invested a total of $37 million in building side-by-side mansions on a 3.4-acre property they acquired in April 2021. 

Kardashian reportedly contributed $17 million towards her residence, while Jenner allocated over $20 million for hers. 

Prior to this joint venture, Jenner sold her previous Hidden Hills mansion for a reported $15 million.
