Meghan Markle experienced an uncomfortable wardrobe mishap while wearing her Oscar de la Renta dress.
The Duchess of Sussex recently made a delightful visit to a children's hospital in Los Angeles, participating in several photo opportunities.
Meghan looked elegant in Oscar de la Renta's silk-chiffon Landscape shirtdress, which she had previously worn.
However, Meghan's dress seemed to have incurred damage, with a noticeable tear near her waist on the left side.
Royal fans were quick to comment on the duchess's latest wardrobe malfunction.
One social media user wrote on X: "Seriously?! Wow, embarrassing."
Another added: "I am not a fan of Meghan’s behaviour but I think it is more a zipper problem than a hole.
"Maybe she did not notice it was not zipped all the way up, or it rolled down because it was too tight?"
During the visit, Meghan read three of her favourite books to the children - Rosie the Riveter, Pete the Cat, and I Saw a Cat.
Meghan and Prince Harry stepped down from their roles as working royals in 2020 and settled in the US.
They are raising their two children, Prince Archie, four, and Princess Lilibet, two, in Montecito, California.
It comes after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle shared their brand new photos from the LA event on their website. In one of pictures, the Duchess of Sussex can be seen with her mom Doria Ragland who was also present at the art event.
