Katrina Kaif reveals her 'favourite' nickname: 'I don’t like Kat'
Katrina Kaif also revealed the person who gave her her favourite nickname
An old video of Katrina Kaif went viral on micro-blogging site Reddit, in which the actress revealed that she doesn't prefer being called ‘Kat’ as a pet name.
The Merry Christmas actress offered an insight into the list of her nicknames given to her by different people in her life after initially appearing hesitant to make it public on the show.
The 40-year-old actress noted that she preferred the nickname her best friend gave her, i.e., 'Goldfish.'
“My favourite nickname was given to me by my best friend Ali Abbas Zafar. He calls me Goldfish,” the actress noted.
She went on to explain, “I don’t know if you know but goldfish forget every few seconds. So, every three seconds the goldfish’s life starts from scratch. It has no memory. Ali uses that term for me because he says that sometimes it’s like I have no memory of the things people do.”
The comments section was abuzz with fans praising the Tiger 3 actress’ acting prowess, writing: “Prime Katrina was .”
Another commented: “So cute! Love when she is candid and has her guard down.”
A third added: “Her smile is so contagious and I love how she talks so nicely to interviewers.” A fourth gushed, “Cannot concentrate on what she is saying, how is she so pretty.”
Prior to Sriram Raghavan thriller, Merry Christmas, Katrina reprised the role of Zoya in the spy thriller Tiger 3, starring opposite Salman Khan released last year.
