Parineeti Chopra spills beans on joining politics after marriage

Parineeti Chopra, who recently tied the knot with Indian politician Raghav Chadha, opened up about her plans to join politics. 

In a conversation with The Times of India, the Bollywood actress revealed that she doesn't know anything about politics.

Parineeti added, "Let me tell you the secret to our successful marriage. He knows nothing about Bollywood, and I don’t know anything about politics! So, I don’t think you will see me joining politics."

Moreover, the actress expressed her heartfelt gratitude towards her fans for showering the newlyweds with so much love. 

"We had no idea that we would get so much love from all over the country. I feel that if you are with the right person, married life is the best," she said. 

Parineeti recently made it to the headlines during her wedding festivities with Raghav.

The couple tied the knot in a dreamy ceremony in Udaipur on September 24.

The Ishaqzaade actress announced her union with the love of her life in a sweet tribute on Instagram.

"From the very first chat at the breakfast table, our hearts knew. Been waiting for this day for a long time. So blessed to finally be Mr and Mrs!" she wrote.

Following her announcement, several well-known celebrities including her cousin-actress Priyanka Chopra extended their heartfelt wishes for the new couple.
