Tina Turner's son was held under police custody for posessing drugs
Tina Turner's son, Ike Turner, was put behind bars for keeping drugs.
The 64-year-old was reportedly found with crack cocaine on him two weeks before Tina passed away in Zurich.
Mirror.co.uk notes: "Police in Alvin, Texas, pulled over Ike Jr while he was at traffic lights in the early hours of the morning."
"He had initially been pulled over after having a headlight or taillight out, it has been suggested," the outlet adds.
Tina Turner passed away in May 2023. Family close to the singer admitted that she lived a fulfilling life in her final days.
Designer Stephen Sills has recently spoke to PEOPLE about his opinion on Tina's death, revealing the singer was ready for whatever that came her way.
Tina's husband, Erwin Bach, ensured her final years were happy and full of love.
"In her final years, she was happy and secure in her relationship," a music source reveals. "She had found true love and was able to live without fear. She had a group of friends in Switzerland, and truly loved the people she was around."
