Raising funds

National

October 8, 2010

Aisam-ul-haq has shown interest in playing a charity match with any international tennis player in order to generate money for the flood-affected people. The statement from Shoaib Malik that his wife Sania Mirza was ready to play a fundraiser match but nobody approached her also appeared in the media a few days ago.
The Pakistan Tennis Federation must take notice of this and organise a match between Aisam-ul-haq and Sania Mirza in Pakistan. It will not only help in generating fund for the flood-affected people, but will also portray a soft image of Pakistan in the world besides providing a chance for millions of the tennis stars' fans to see them in action.
