Elon Musk in a recent tweet has pushed back against the widely circulating Epstein-related allegations, responsible for tarnishing tech billionaire reputation.
The Department of Justice (DoJ) released a massive cache of over 3 million documents related to Jaffrey Epstein, the late convicted sex offender.
The emails revealed Elon Musk’s links with disgraced Epstein. In these emails the 54-year-old inquired about visiting Epstein’s private island in 2012 and 2023.
In response to these wrongful allegations, Musk clarified his position while denying any wrongdoing and association with the sex offender.
Taking to X, the CEO of SpaceX posted, “ Nobody has fought harder for full release of the Epstein files and prosecutions of those who abused children more than I did, knowing full well that the legacy media, far-left propagandists and those who are actually guilty would: Admit nothing; Deny everything and make counter-accusations against me.”
Musk also defended his reputation, declaring complete distance from Epstein throughout all years.
“I knew that I would be smeared relentlessly, despite never having attended his parties or been on his ‘Lolita Express’ plane or set foot on his creepy island or done anything wrong at all,” he said.
While slamming the media for relentlessly smearing his reputation, the founder of xAI said, “Nonetheless, the extreme pain of being accused of being the opposite of who I am was worth it.”
According to Musk, these accusations don’t reflect who I really am.
Lastly, vowing to protect the weak ones, especially children, Musk stated, “The strong must protect those who cannot protect themselves, especially vulnerable children. I will gladly accept any amount of future pain to do more to protect kids and give them a chance to grow up and have happy lives.
Besides Elon Musk, the latest slew of documents also mentioned Donald Trump, Bill Gates, and Lord Peter Mandelson.
