KARACHI: India ended Pakistan blind cricket team’s winning streak in the T20 World Cup as the hosts won by 29 runs in the final at Bangalore on Thursday.

 

India batted first and scored 258-8 in 20 overs. Ketan Bhai Patel scored 98 runs, while Prakash Jayaramaiah made 42.

 

Pakistan managed 229 for 8 in 20 overs. Mohammed Jameel scored 47 and Ali Murtaza 38. Pakistan had gone into the match on the back of eight wins, including one against India.
