Fawad dubs Rana Sana a ‘scarecrow’
Fawad Chaudhry terms Rana Sanaullah’s statement against PTI Chairman Imran Khan as fascism
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Senior Vice-President Chaudhry Fawad Hussain Tuesday dubbed Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah a ‘scarecrow,’ having the support of someone else to stand in the field.
Fawad Chaudhry termed the minister’s statement against PTI Chairman Imran Khan as fascism, saying that Rana Sanaullah is a ‘scarecrow,’ being used to protect the crop from birds. “He has the support of someone else to stand in the field and Rana Jee’s language is working because of that support,” Fawad charged.
The PTI senior vice-president alleged that the hypocrisy ended with Rana Sanaullah, who shut down the entire country over a protest, tortured children and women. “He gets youth attacked with batons (Lathi) and the police to use tear gas and then later, he proudly says to have ordered a new stock of tear gas,” Fawad went on saying.
Mentioning Article-15 from his (Sanaullah’s) mouth, Fawad contended, is as if Indian PM Narendra Modi gives lecture on the religious freedom. Meanwhile, another senior PTI leader Dr Shireen Mazari urged the Chief Election Commissioner and Mr X to show some respect for the nation and stop indulging in pre-poll rigging.
The PTI leader tweeted, “Bhakkar in heat and humidity of July, the CEC and Mr X show some respect for the nation and stop indulging in pre-poll rigging and should plan for polling day rigging in cahoots with imported cabal of crooks. People will be out to vote on July 17.”
