ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will announce a historic package for taxpayers during a magnanimous ceremony which will be held at the auditorium in the Prime Minister’s House on the first day of the new year (2016) tomorrow (Friday).The non-filers will be facilitated to submit their tax returns till January 31, 2016 without any penalty. It is understood that this package will be a gift for taxpayers in the new year, which will promote tax culture and boost economic activities. The ceremony will be attended by a number of high-ups, government personalities, ministers, advisers, members of chambers of commerce of the country, stock exchanges, national trade unions and members of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
