Baby girl dies after falling into boiling water
A two-year-old girl died after she fell into boiling water in the Shahdara Town police area on Tuesday.
The victim has been identified as Haram Fatima. She was playing in her house when she fell into hot water that was boiling on a stove. She was rushed to hospital where she died.
Man dies: A 35-year-old man was killed in exchange of fire between two persons in the Gujjarpura police area on Tuesday. Police removed the body to morgue. The victim has been identified as Arif. Police said Naseem alias Bhola, a resident of Sher Shah Road, exchanged harsh words with his tenant Humayun. Arif tried to stop them from fighting. In the meantime, both persons opened firing. As a result, Arif suffered bullet wounds. He was rushed to hospital where he succumbed to his wounds.
