Woman among four killed
LAKKI MARWAT: Four persons, including a woman, were killed in two separate incidents in Lakki Marwat on Wednesday, police sources said.
They said that acting on a tip-off, the police party raided a house of an outlaw, Gulfaraz, in Jabukhel village where he opened fire on the police and injured a copy, Shah Mehmood. The police returned the fire, killing the outlaw on the spot. The 18-year-old niece, Kiran, was also killed in the exchange of fire. The dead and injured were shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital in Lakki Marwat. The outlaw was wanted to the police in murder and attempted murder cases. In another development, two rival groups led by Baragi and Madalo exchanged gunfire in Tajori. Two persons identified as Said Rehman and Amir Jan associated with Baragi group were killed. Their bodies were shifted to the Civil Hospital in Tajori.
