PAF-KIET organises third ICCIS-2019 conference at PAF BASE Korangi creek

KARACHI: Pakistan Air Force – Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology (PAF-KIET) held its third International Conference on Computing and Information Sciences (ICCIS) at Main Campus, PAF Base Korangi Creek.

The aim of ICCIS-2019 was to provide a forum to present new research and recent results of the emerging technologies in the fields of computing and information sciences.

International researchers Mr. Mohammad Vakil, Technical Program Manager at Facebook based in Seattle, WA, Prof. Nasser Metwally, Bahrain University were the keynote speakers of conference. Dr. Mohammad Shahid Shaikh, Associate Dean, Habib University,

Dr. Muhammad Atif Tahir, Dean, FAST University and Dr. Zubair A Shaikh, President, Muhammad Ali Jinnah University, were among the national keynote speakers.

The Secretary, Universitiesand Boards Department and Sindh Higher Education Commission, Mr. Muhammad Riazuddin, was the Chief Guest of opening ceremony. He took keen interest in the conference proceedings and praised the efforts of the distinguished researchers and students.*****
