ISLAMKOT: The judge of District and Sessions Court, Mithi summoned a prince of an Arab country on Monday in illegal hunting case in Tharparkar.
The court on the petition of a citizen issued notices to the prince on illegal hunting of rare breed animals and birds in Tharparkar along with administration concerned in this regard. A native, Muhammad Yousaf Ramoon, resident of Village Loriho of Tharparkar, filed a petition with District and Sessions Court, Mithi stated that the prince arrived in prohibited area of game sanctuary of Tharparkar and had been hunting animals and birds for last five years without any allotment. He stated this year routes of their cattle were closed due to their setting up of hunting camps there. The petitioner said that rare breed of birds and animals including peacock, deer and partridges was diminishing as a result of hunting.
