Free skill-improvement classes launched in KP universities
PESHAWAR: In light of the difficulties students experience in adapting to the competitive professional world from the academic institutions, an Islamabad based organisation has started free skill-improvement classes in the universities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
“Innovative Advisory has undertaken pro-active roles on social grounds in addressing the issue of KP youth. These classes are meant to fill the gap between the theoretical aspects and the practical demands of the industry so that the students are prepared to compete in the current fast-paced professional world,” said Jawad Amin, the chief executive officer of the Innovative Advisory.
He said his organisation was a modern business consulting organisation that specialises in different fields including Human Resource, Finance, Audit, Tax, and Learning & Development. The organisation provides corporate consultancy services to industries.
Jawad said they have held sessions at Abasyn University and Kohat University of Science and Technology. He added that they were already on board at a number of other universities throughout KP, where seminars and classes are planned to be conducted in the coming days.
“Our passion for youth empowerment has compelled us to concentrate on enhancing students’ capacity by imparting them industry-specific knowledge and professional advice. With a strong conviction in the potential of KP’s youth, the organisation keeps investing in their future to enable them to become successful professionals and contribute to the economic development of their region,” he added.
