ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari on Monday prorogue the joint session of Parliament, which was scheduled to be held today (Tuesday).
The session of joint sitting of Parliament was originally convened on January 24, 2025, under Article 54(1) of the Constitution. The president on Monday prorogued the joint sitting of Parliament in exercise of the power conferred by Clause (1) of the Article 54 of the Constitution.
