Islamabad:On the first day of plantation week, Allied Bank Limited (ABL) launched the event with great enthusiasm, emphasising the importance of environmental sustainability and the urgent need for reforestation, says a press release.
Senior management of ABL and respective educational institutes gathered to plant saplings across various locations including International Islamic University, Sir Syed School & College Rawalpindi, Federal Urdu University, Islamabad and Sir Syed School, Wah Cantt, aiming to combat climate change.
The successful launch of the week-long initiative set a positive tone for the upcoming days, as participants expressed their commitment to a greener and healthier future. ***
