Me and my family’s names were included in the voter list linked to our present address until about a couple of years ago. Subsequently, the district ECP office transferred our votes to our native village’s voter list, this being our permanent address, without our request or consent.
We want our votes to be kept on the voter list tied to our present address: Shahzad Town, Islamabad. The relevant ECP office is requested to put our votes back where they belong without causing unnecessary trouble well before the forthcoming local bodies elections.
