BISP hosts productive meeting

Islamabad: A meeting between Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI) delegation was held today at Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) HQs. The visiting team was exploring digital transformation in social safety sector.

BISP Secretary Amer Ali Ahmed welcomed the delegation and gave an introduction on the digital transformation taking place at BISP. He highlighted mode of cash disbursement, and NSER data comprising over 35 million households.
