MANSEHRA: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) on Sunday started receiving applications for Mansehra’s two national and five Provincial Assembly constituencies.
“Though collecting applications for tickets in Mansehra is underway, we are going to launch this same process in the rest of Hazara from today (Monday),” Kamal Saleem Swati, the spokesperson of PTI in Hazara, told reporters here.
He said that the PTI president in Hazara division and former chief minister’s advisor Babar Saleem Swati has sought applications from leaders, office-bearers and workers of the party for seven national and 17 provincial assembly constituencies.
“We have been expecting two to three applicants in each national and provincial assembly’s constituencies as the PTI is still the largest and single popular party in the country,” Kamal Swati said.As the process of submitting applications for tickets completes, the same wil be forwarded to the party’s central parliamentary board.
