Whether it’s brownies, pie, or cake that strikes your fancy, delicious dessert recipes are a sure way to please anyone. This week, You! collaborates with cooking expert, Lubna Shariff, who shares her delicious recipe for Brownie Cupcakes. They are quick and easy, made in a muffin pan. No cutting or slicing with these. Just grab your own brownie and enjoy!

Ingredients

Flour 1 1/2 cup

Eggs 2

Castor sugar 1 cup

Cocoa powder 4 tbsp

Baking powder 1 tsp

Salt a pinch

Butter (melted) 1/2 cup

Oil to grease pan

Method

  • In a bowl, mix butter and sugar.
  • Beat eggs separately until fluffy.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients in the eggs while beating gently.
  • Combine butter and sugar mixture with the rest.
  • Divide batter into baking cups and bake for 20 mins at 200 degrees.
