LONDON: Australia defeated arch rivals England by 64 runs in the 32nd match of the ICC World Cup 2019 here at The Oval on Tuesday.
Chasing a huge total of 286, England were all out for 221 in 44.4 overs.
Earlier, Australia made 285 for seven with the help of a brilliant century by their captain Aaron Finch, who hit exact 100, his 15th ODI hundred and second in the current tournament.
England won the toss and opted to field against Australia as the two dominating teams of the tournament came face to face in the 32nd match of the ICC World Cup 2019 at Lord's on Tuesday.
