YouTube sensation Lilly Singh has been showering in praises ever since she announced to be taking over her own NBC late night show and her best friend Priyanka Chopra couldn’t be more proud.
Soon after the announcement, Quantico star Priyanka Chopra also stepped forward to express her elation over the news of her best friend becoming the first woman of color to be hosting her own late-night show.
"So proud of @iisuperwomanii... First woman... of colour... to be late night show host...Break them barriers baby! So proud,” she stated on Instagram.
Replying to Priyanka’s post, Lilly replied: “Thanks big sis.”
Earlier, the YouTube queen had stated regarding her big step on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon along with Seth Mayers: "I'm so excited because I truly get to create a show from scratch. I get to make it inclusive... and create something I really believe in.”
