Veteran Pakistani singer Sajjad Ali just released his new single ‘Lagaya Dil’ three days back and his fans are in love with it already.
It seemed like the maestro had been away from the limelight, after giving a brief appearance in Coke Studio season 10, however is back with a bang with the soft love ballad that has created magic on-screen.
In this new single, Sajjad takes on a completely different take on love, this time projecting a budding teenage romance.
What is commendable, however, is the fact that the four-minute single has been viewed over 100,000 times on YouTube.
Directed by Sajjad’s daughter Zaw Ali, the music video showcases the love tale of seven college-going boys who fall in love, yet somehow never get the courage to confess about it.
Carrying her father's legacy forward, Zaw Ali had previously ventured into the music industry with Coke Studio 10 in which she sang audience-favourite ‘Ronay Na Diya’ alongside dad Sajjad.
