You may like a peek into Denmark's first 3D printed building

COPENHAGEN: Denmark has a new project in practice and it is the first attempt with a fifty sqm 3D printed building in Denmark.

Designed by architect Ana Goidea, ‘The Bod’ is  garden shed-sized , but a full-scape building, which would be used as an office space.

Denmark, already taken the next plunge to raise 3D printed buildings isn’t the first to opt for such a construction.

While China, Dubai and Moscow are already ahead in ‘the most’ of such projects built, Bod, with its 3D printing done in the Nordhavn district of Copenhagen – is perhaps the first to stand in Europe.

The challenge may be to produce a consistent quality and that calls to build more prototypes to obtain experience and spread the knowledge, shares Martin Tamke, a Danish architect.
