Colourful premiere of 'Jumanji 2: Welcome to the Jungle' held in UK

LONDON: This upcoming successor film to 1995 blockbuster 'Jumanji' has stormed into the 'must watch' list of many, and its UK-held premiere has added to its stimulation.

The Leicester Square dazzled with glamour and camera flashes as the movie stars walked down the red carpet event in London.

The reason behind its major gusto is that the sequel is not a remake but this cinematic will resume the story from the danger game board right where the previous film had ended.

Director Jake Kasdan built the story on a scenario where four high school kids get their hands on an old video game console and are drawn into the game's jungle setting. Turning into adult avatars that they chose, their thriller adventure kicks start.

The film stars Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, Karen Gillan, Nick Jonas, and Bobby Cannavale.

This Colombia Pictures production is also a tribute to Robin Williams, star of the original film, who died in 2014.

This adventurous cinematic under the Sony Entertainment's distribution will be set on release in cinemas on December 22 this year.
