Nigerian art put on display in Lagos

The African Culture and Design Festival was recently held in Lagos, Nigeria.
The exhibition spanned over four days and celebrated the African creativity. The designs included sculpture, lighting, ceramics, furniture and textiles.
The event was organised as part of activities to welcome the 500 delegates in the Nigerian capital to attend the 28th International Federation Of Interior Architects Congress.
The African Culture and Design Festival featured a mix of traditional, modern and contemporary African art. Organizers aimed to provide a platform for creative and talented people to raise awareness of Africa’s homegrown talent and to introduce Lagos as a cultural hub.
