Sylvester Stallone reveals why he turns to his daughters for advice

Sylvester Stallone does not shy away from taking advice from his daughters and believes that they know more about the industry than he does.

The Rocky star, who is a father of four daughters, opened up about sharing the screen with his daughter Scarlet in his TV crime drama Tulsa King and shared she did not ask for his guidance.

Stallone said at New York 92nd Street Y, “She gave me advice actually. She’s very like, daddy’s girl.

"You feel so protective, obviously, right? And you, you are constantly. So now I don’t suggest anything. She’s really grown up."

Because of his daughter's "very cinematic upbringing," Sylvester believes his daughter "knew more" than he did.

The 80-year-old actor explained, "All my daughters have grown up in this world, so they knew more than I do.

"Seriously, it’s unbelievable how much media they absorb. So I go to them. I’m kind of like this old, cranky guy, and they’re right there. I can’t even tell you how excited and different she is, all of them, but they all have a very cinematic upbringing."

It is pertinent to mention that Sylvester shares daughters Sistine, 28, Sophia, 30 and Scarlet, 24, with wife Jennifer Flavin. With his ex-wife, Sasha, he also welcomed daughter Seargeoh, 47 and son Sage, who passed in 2012 at the age of 36.
