Shanna Moakler finally revealed why she regrets participating in ex-husband Travis Barker’s documentary.

The 51-year-old actress recently appeared on the I Do, Part 2 podcast, where she admitted that she now regrets agreeing to appear in the musician's documentary, Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear.

"I regret a lot. I wish I didn’t do it," said Shanna. "I don’t know how he got me to go and do this documentary."

"I think it was before he was with his wife [Kourtney Kardashian]. I’m pretty sure. And I just wish I hadn’t done it because I knew in my heart I wasn’t going to be portrayed the way that I felt I deserved," she continued.

For those unversed, Shanna was married to Travis from 2004 to 2008. The exes share two kids—son Landon, 22, and daughter Alabama, 20.

During the interview, Shanna confessed that she is "disappointed" in herself for appearing in the documentary.

"I just was like, ‘Yeah, that’s kind of what I thought was going to happen'. I’m a little disappointed with myself for participating," she said.

The Pacific Blue star has written a tell-all memoir, titled Blink of an Eye.

"It’s not just about Travis," Shanna clarified. "Travis has a couple chapters, but it’s not just about chapters."

"I want this book to be one that inspires women to learn about trauma, trauma bonding, how to get over living through embarrassing things in the public eye, but more than anything, kind of finding that journey back to yourself," she added. "It’s more about inspiring women."
