Prince Harry, Meghan Markle upset as King Charles warning ‘did not go down well’
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are upset about recent turn of events after moving to UK
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are unhappy with King Charles after alarming letter.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who have moved back to the UK to be around His Majesty, feel betrayed after being dubbed ‘private citizens.’
Expert Jasmine Carey writes for Express: “I think it’s fair to say that King Charles’ letter reiterating that Harry and Meghan are not to be working royals again, and are instead private citizens, did not go down well. Harry, in true Harry fashion, was quick to get his team to respond to the letter, saying that it came as a “surprise”.
She adds: “Rumours also started to circulate that Harry and Meghan disagreed with being called private citizens and instead wanted the title of public figures.”
“Then matters got worse. Because of this drama, Uganda seems to pull out of Harry’s Invictus Games 2027 tournament next year. It is believed this was a choice made by the nation as they didn’t want to be seen as going against King Charles, especially following the Harry saga of the last week,” said the expert.
