King Charles warned: ‘There’s a danger here your Majesty!’

Sky News Australia’s Dee Dee Dunleavy, a channel now renamed to News 24 recently saw a back and forth with host Rita Panahi during which the King was accused of “not thinking straight” when it came to his youngest.

The entire thing comes just after the Sussexes’ UK visit landed them on the front page of every media outlet.

The accusation also roped in Prince William whose said to not have been considered at all by his father when making the decision to host Harry or offer him a room in Buckingham Palace for his subsequent visit.

Dunleavy was quoted saying, “yeah, I think there's a danger that King Charles is being too soft here, and overly conciliatory to Harry.”

“Number one, for me, would be William's feelings,” because in her eyes William’s “been doing all the hard work,” since Megxit.

“Harry just left any duties that he had and left it all to William to do.” But that’s not where she ended, instead she also said, “you think of kids in the family, sibling rivalry and how they fight, it's going to be harder to get those two to sort things out.”

As for what she thinks the Firm ‘deserves’ before reconciliation can ever become possible she said, “he made millions off of that and I think that reconciliation would be a good thing for the royals. It would make the monarchy stronger. But it comes at a cost.” That being Harry “has to apologise to the family before he can be welcomed back into the fold” and “I don't think he should be given a room at Buckingham Palace. He's not a working royal.”

Right after this comment the host spoke out, adding to the conversation by saying “and you know what? He made all those accusations, he threw all that mud publicly, so the apology has to be public. You can't just have a chat with Prince William and say, 'I'm sorry about all that. I don't know what I was thinking’.”

What is pertinent to mention regarding all this is that its obvious the Firm could never have responded so Harry did it knowingly. So “him and Meghan could go on Oprah and all these different podcasts and on their reality show and say whatever they wanted. And the Palace could not really counter it in any meaningful way, because that's not how they operate.”
