King Charles meeting impact on Archie, Lilibet future explained
Archie and Lilibet have spent very little time with their grandfather King Charles
A family expert has detailed impact of King Charles meeting on his grandchildren Archie and Lilibet future following their first reunion in four years.
King Charles and Queen Camilla met Prince Harry, his wife Meghan and their two children Archie and Lilibet on Friday at the monarch’s Highgrove estate in western England.
It was Charles first meeting with his grandchildren Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, since 2022.
The palace source described the meeting as a private family occasion and said no pictures, video or further details would be released.
Following the meeting, Supernanny Jo Frost - global family expert and childcare specialist has said: “Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet have had the opportunity to spend time with their grandfather, King Charles III, and Queen Camilla and I'm absolutely delighted.
“Grandparents play an incredibly important role in a child's life. They offer children another layer of unconditional love, emotional security, family history, wisdom, patience & understanding with a sense of belonging.”
The expert continued, “They help children understand where they come from, strengthen their identity, and create memories and traditions that can stay with them for a lifetime.”
She continued: “As a professional who has spent four decades working with families these connections aren't just lovely moments they can contribute to a child's emotional resilience, confidence and overall wellbeing.”
