Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor made a surprise public appearance as he showed up at the Sandringham Horse Driving Trials recently.

Citing eyewitnesses, a report said that the disgraced royal was at the trials to support his sister-in-law, Duchess Sophie, the wife of his younger brother Prince Edward.

The report said that the father of Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie watched from a distance and slipped away fast.

The report regarding his public appearance came just a day before King Charles faced a protest in Edinburgh over Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s links to Jeffrey Epstein.

On Friday, the protesters were seen holding placards inscribed with the words, “What did you know about Andrew?

According to anti-monarchy group, Republic, the protest took palace as King Charles entered the Order of the Thistle ceremony in Edinburgh.

“We won't let the royals dodge accountability,” said the group on social media.

Although the monarch stripped him of his royal titles and evicted him from Royal Lodge in Windsor, anti-monarchy protesters continue to question the punitive measures taken against Mountbatten-Windsor.
