Tom Holland spills on Marvel bombshell he couldn't hide from Zendaya

Tom Holland revealed that he spilled one major Marvel secret to Zendaya.

​The 30-year-old Spider-Man star is famous for accidentally revealing massive plot details from his Marvel movies as one time, Tom accidentally unboxed an unreleased movie poster on Instagram Live, revealing the official title and release date before Marvel intended.

​But this time he managed to keep the news from the public while sharing it with his now-wife.

​Tom knew ahead of time that Robert Downey Jr. is set to return to the Marvel franchise as Doctor Doom.

​And instead of keeping it to himself, he told Zendaya about it “right away” after receiving a call from Downey.​

According to Tom, he told Cinemania that after getting off the phone, he told the Euphoria actress, “Downey is coming back.”

​“[Robert and I] just have casual catch-ups every now and then. He called and told me. It’s really exciting," Tom shared.

​Tom also admitted that Marvel now keeps "the juicy details" from him due to his history of spoiling secrets.

He continued, "I don’t know a lot about those movies by design. I have a reputation for spoiling certain things and I think the studio is keeping me from the juicy details when I do get to grace that set."

​Tom expressed his excitement on Robert's return, noting, "I am so curious what does that mean for Peter [Parker] and how does that work. It’s really cool. I am really excited about whatever it is they are doing."

This came days after Tom confirmed that he and Zendaya are husband and wife in a recent interview with Esquire following months of rumors and reports.
