Nancy Guthrie update: Who makes major changes to personal Facebook account of Savannah's mom
Savannah's mother Nancy Guthrie had shared her last post on January 28
Major changes have been made to Savannah Guthrie’s mother Nancy, who has been missing for over four months, personal Facebook account as search for her continued.
Nancy had been active on the social networking site in the days leading up to her disappearance.
She had shared her last post on January 28, a month before she was allegedly abducted from her home.
Nancy’s Facebook account has been visible and much of the information on it was public, including her posts, friends lists, photos, and more.
However, now major changes have been made as her friends list has been made private.
Savannah’s mother Nancy account currently shows that she has 372 friends, but none of them are visible.
Personal details are also set to private, with the account now only showing her as “female” without any other public-facing information.
It is unclear who made the changes as the privacy settings appear to have been changed by someone with access to the account.
Earlier, in mid-February, just weeks after Nancy was abducted, the comments on her posts were turned off.
Meanwhile, the search for Nancy, the mother of US TV host Savannah Guthrie, is continuing four months after she went missing.
The FBI and the Pima County Sheriff Department are now investigating the Nancy case as a homicide as it was upgraded from a missing persons case.
