​The Euphoria actress took to her Instagram account on Thursday to pen down a sweet tribute to the businessman and former talent manager's 45th birthday.

​In the celebratory post, Sydney shared a series of unseen candid moments of the couple together to mark Braun's milestone birthday.

​The 28-year-old actress posted a picture in which she can be seen kissing Braun on the cheek while wrapping her arms around him, as the talent manager holds Sweeney by her leg and waist.

​“Happiest of birthdays to the man with the biggest heart I know," she wrote over the picture along with a red heart emoji to express her love.

​In the following Story, Sweeney posted a black-and-white snap of herself and her boyfriend dancing together on a basketball court.

​She penned over the image, "Thank you for all the living room dances and making me smile again."

​The post came after the lovebirds made public appearances during the NBA Finals game.
