Prince William shares personal message after Royal Ascot appearance with Kate Middleton

Ahead of England's first World Cup match, Prince William, the Prince of Wales dropped a special message.

On Wednesday, via official Instagram handle of the Prince and Princess of Wales, the future King of Britain shared a good luck message for the team.

William stated, "Good luck to England ahead of their first World Cup group match tonight!"

He also added further, "Here's to a great tournament ahead."

The message comes as England is set for first match of the FIFA World Cup 2026, scheduled for Wednesday, June 17, 2026 against Croatia.

Moreover, Prince William's heartfelt message comes after he attended Royal Ascot Day 2 alongside his wife Kate Middleton. The royal couple arrived in style at the Ascot Racecourse via the traditional horse-drawn Royal Procession.

It is pertinent to mention that this marked the Princess of Wales' first appearance at the Royal Ascot since 2023. 

For their return to Royal Ascot, Prince William and Kate Middleton made stunning appearance in coordinated outfits. The Princess of Wales took summer's vibrant yellow trend to next level as she recycled a custom marigold-yellow Roksanda midi dress. 

Meanwhile, the Prince of Wales dressed in traditional morning suit with a top hat. Complementing his wife's fit, William pinned a bright yellow freesia boutonniere to hi lapel, of the exact zesty tone of her outfit.
