Brooklyn family is d'evastated' and his sister and grandparents are 'inconsolable is shocking'

Nicola Peltz has extended her support to husband Brooklyn amid reports he has left his parents ‘devastated’ with social media advert.

Brooklyn, who is at odds with his parents, took to Instagram and shared a video with a cryptic message.

He posted the video with caption, “Long story.”

In the video he says, “You’re probably wondering why I’m watching the Fifa World Cup 2026 from Home. It’s along story. It’s complicated. More soon.”

According to a report by the Daily Mail that those close to Beckhams believe the advert references the highly-publicised rift that has developed between Brooklyn and his family over the past 18 months.

The insiders said, "To do an advert based on estrangement from family as if it's a joke when his family is devastated and his sister and grandparents are inconsolable is shocking.”

"Especially from someone who claims he wants peace and privacy," the source added.

Fans and friends reacted to the post and Brooklyn’s wife Nicola also extended love and support to him by pressing the heart button.

The fresh update came days after David Beckham joined the ranks of entertainment royalty when he was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, hours before the United States hosted its first game of the 2026 World Cup.

Former Manchester United and England captain Beckham, 51, told a throng of fans on the sun-kissed boulevard it was a "truly incredible moment."

"I´ve always been a dreamer, but I could never have imagined that an honor like this would come to a working-class English soccer player like me," he said.

"How fitting then that I am here today as we prepare to celebrate the opening here in the US of the 2026 World Cup.

"It´s a powerful moment to recognize how the sport I love so much has grown in this country over the past three decades."
