Sean 'Diddy' Combs accused of sexual assault by former child actor

Sean Diddy Combs has been named in a new civil lawsuit.

The lawsuit is filed by a man who alleged he was sexually assaulted by the rapper awhile he was minor.

TMZ reported that John Doe, claims he was working child actor and he attended Hollywood Hills networking party in 2007.

During the gathering, Diddy invited him to a private area under the premise of discussing potential career opportunities in the industry.

He claims that once they were along, Diddy Combs began making unwanted physical advances and the encounter escalated into an alleged sexual assault despite Doe expressing discomfort.

Furthermore, the lawsuit also alleges that after the incident, Sean Diddy Combs told the young actor that he would consider him for future opportunities.

It is pertinent to mention that besides Diddy, the lawsuit also names unidentified agents and associates who reportedly had responsibility to protect minors attending industry events.

For those unaware, Sean Diddy Combs is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. He reportedly has scheduled release date of April 15, 2028.

The rapper was convicted in July 2025 on two deseral counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. However, he was acquitted of more severe charges like racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.
